| Okay, we hate to brag...but this is an exception! Journey is our darling girl from BytheCreek Newfoundlands. We cannot possibly thank them enough for entrusting us with her. We look very forward to her show career in Canada and the USA, and hope that she will be an integral part of our breeding program here at Badbear. Journey is a little trouble maker...and so very full of herself. She proves that size really dosen't matter, because at 18 lbs she thinks she rules the roost...hopefully someday it will be the ring! She has some large paws to fill, and so far she is proving to be up to the task! Background info: Journeys sire "Christopher" won the 2007 American Newfoundland National Specialty as well as multiple group placements. Journeys great grand sire is American BIS BISS CH. Pouch Cove's Head of State "Jefferson" who won BOB at Westminister, Jefferson also has multiple group placements as well as multiple BEST IN SHOWS. Journeys great great grand sire is the renown BIS BISS CH Darbydale's All Rise Pouch Cove ROM "Josh", For those of you that dont know... Josh won BEST IN SHOW at Westminister in 2004, he also took BOB at the 2001, 2002 and the 2003 National Specialtys, he has 45 BIS wins, 130 working group FIRSTS, and 4 BIS at Working group specialtys. I dont think I need to say more!? Journeys dam "Maizie" is an absolutely beautiful bitch who finished her championship easily. Her sire is the BISS winner CH. Pouch Coves Dark Horse "Shane" who is sired by CH. Pouch Cove's Candidate ROM and his dam is AM CAN CH Pouch Cove's Northern Spirit. Maizies dam is Ch.
